Fanggao is Qibao's signature souvenir sweet, rice flour pressed into moulds and steamed. Red bean, jujube, mint and more, steam rising from the baskets at the storefront. Made as "Qibao fanggao" at several old-street shops, in eat-now and take-home versions.
