Why you must eat itThin egg noodles are blanched, tossed in soy and lard, and laid with slices of char siu. The wontons come apart in a small bowl of soup, with a little green. It is a dry tossed noodle, so mix the noodles first, then take the wontons, and the taste turns in two stages. For heat, add a little of the pickled green chili on the table. Most people eat it as a bowl in the morning.
A wan tan mee stall set inside the old kopitiams (coffee shops) of Lebuh Cintra and around. Penang wan tan mee is dry by default, the char siu and wontons enjoyed apart. The thinness of the noodle and the color of the soy differ shop to shop. Prices and hours are a guide, and it is often sold out by afternoon.
