Cold and rich, just right to wash down the oil of the kushikatsu. Drink it seated in the Jan-Jan Yokocho kissaten, or take a cup to go and drink as you walk.
Sennariya Coffee, founded 1948, is a kissaten on Jan-Jan Yokocho known as the birthplace of the mixed fruit juice — said to have begun post-war as a way to use up fruit too bruised to sell. It closed once and was revived, and still keeps its signature juice and retro interior. Coffee and light meals too.
