A butcher on Yanaka Ginza whose counter-fried menchi and croquettes are the signature. Yanaka has several butchers doing wagyu menchi, a staple of eating your way through. Near the foot of Yuyake Dandan (the steps famous for their sunset), it anchors the street's eastern entrance.
